Legal Documentation means the legal documentation for Pine Bluff consisting of this Declaration, the Association’s Articles of Incorporation, the Association’s Bylaws, and all amendments to any of the foregoing now or hereafter made. The foregoing is individually and collectively called the Legal Documents in this Declaration. Unless the context expressly requires otherwise, the words defined below whenever used in any of the foregoing, in any corporate resolutions and other instruments of the Association, and in any deeds, mortgages, assignments, and other instruments relating to all or any portion of the Property

registration

Registration is the process of recording a document with an assigned officer and to keep it as public record. The purpose of the Act is to consolidate the law relating to registration and it provide for the method of its registration. It lays down what documents is compulsory for registration.

legal opinion

In law, a legal opinion is in certain jurisdictions a written explanation by a judge or group of judges that accompanies an order or ruling in a case, laying out the rationale and legal principles for the ruling. Opinions are in those jurisdictions usually published at the direction of the court, and to the extent, they contain pronouncements about what the law is and how it should be interpreted, they reinforce, change, establish, or overturn legal precedent. An affidavit is a type of verified statement or demonstration, or in other words, it contains a verification. This serves as proof of its veracity and is required in court proceedings. Affidavits are also valuable outside of the law.

Agreement

An Agreement is a promise between two entities creating mutual obligations by law. Section 2(e) of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 defines an agreement as 'Every promise and every set of promises, forming the consideration for each other, is an agreement'.
